Very central location of this eco-friendly hotel was a bonus. It was set in a great area.

The room was all that was required - spacious, clean, quiet. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Horrendously expensive internet - the monthly fee charged by some ISP's would cover two day's internet charges at the hotel.

The room was very clean, modern, comfortable and stylish. Was very pleased.

How expensive the mini bar was. And the location of the hotel wasnt great. However the hotel itself was lovely.

The room was excellent, the staff were friendly and polite and the atmosphere was very good. We could not fault the hotel in any way and it would make an excellent stop off point on a long journey as there is not much to do in Stevenage...  

The room was way bigger than we expected it to be. The decor was amazing and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the midday check out was a bonus!

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

Enjoyed a pleasant night with helpful staff. The breakfast was a highlight, delicious and freshly prepared. Small tip, ensure to clarify payment options early, especially when in larger groups. The nearby parking poses a slight challenge, so arrive early to secure a spot.

Great location and comfy stay

The place was super close to the train station, super handy. My room was nice and clean, and the staff were really friendly, going above and beyond. Only thing was the breakfast could've been hotter. Not a dealbreaker tho! Definitely loved the in-room dining options too.

The staff were excellent. The overall experience was good.

I requested a vegetarian meal and was given a dish with rice and leaves spinkle on to plus a side dish with other cooked vegatables. I would expect the chef to understand that vegetarians have to be more aware of the nutritional content of a meal. A vegetarian meal still has to have protien. A simple meal would have been a vegetarian lasagne that included one of the beans, second class protien and cheese served with vegatables. This is inexpensive in catering terms. It can be made as an individual dish to reduce wastage. I suffer this at every hotel I have stayed at in England. Vegetarian meals do not meal carbohydrate and vegatable. The serving staff were excellent.

Car paring was limited. Breakfast was very limited in that ther was only a small selection of fruits and the the eggs offer were only scrambled.
